 Seascape Painting

Seascape attributed to Robert Graham Dryden Alexander (British 1875-1945), gauche on paper.  Unsigned, but note on back indicates authenticity guaranteed by the artist's sister.  I purchased the item at an estate sale in which she was the consignor.  Another note on the back indicates the painting was "probably off the Essex Coast 1930."  The image measures 10" by 7".  With frame, 15" by 17 1/2".  Excellent condition, undamaged.
